This is a plain-English summary of how I work. Each project also gets a short written agreement with your exact plan, price and dates. If the two ever differ, the signed agreement wins.

Free preview

I design a homepage preview for free. You're under no obligation, and nothing is owed if you don't go ahead. The preview design stays mine until you buy a plan.

Payment

Half the setup fee is paid when you say yes, and the other half at launch, by card or bank transfer through Stripe. Monthly or yearly Hosting & changes bills automatically, starting at launch.

What's included

Each plan includes what's listed on the Plans page. Routine changes (prices, hours, menu items, photos, wording, holiday closures and specials) are included with Hosting & changes and done within 48 hours, Monday to Friday. New pages, new features and redesigns are quoted before any work starts. Without Hosting & changes, edits are $40 each.

Your content

You send the photos, logos and text you want used, and you confirm you have the right to use them. I can write the words for you if you'd like.

Ownership

• Your domain is registered in your name.
• Basic and hand-over plans: the finished site is yours at launch.
• Monthly plans: I host and maintain the site. If you leave, I package the full site for you to host anywhere for a one-time $150.
• Third-party tools (like Booksy, Square or Toast) stay on your own accounts, under their own terms and fees.

Cancelling

There's no contract on monthly plans. Cancel anytime with a text or email. You keep access through the end of the period you've paid for. Setup work that's already been done isn't refunded.

I'll only show your site as an example of my work if you say that's OK.
